OK. So I just had my first bite of an artisanal chocolate from the best chocolatier in New Jersey, Diane Pinder. It was an olive oil and sea salt truffle. And it was amazing!
To all those in the New Brunswick/Edison area: Head to the Skylark Diner NOW. She’s there making her delicious chocolates! Now for my rosemary-infused balsamic truffle. hahaha
